WEBSGUARDIAN POLICIES
Terms & Conditions
Clear terms for using our website and hosting services.
Last updated: 12 October 20261. Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website, placing an order or using WebsGuardian services, you agree to these terms and any applicable service-specific terms displayed during checkout.
2. Orders and payments
Prices, setup fees, renewal terms, supported resources and billing periods are shown in the client portal and may change with notice. An exchange-rate display on this marketing website is indicative only. The currency and amount presented at checkout or on an invoice govern the transaction.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use our services to host unlawful content, distribute malware, send unsolicited bulk messages, infringe third-party rights, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt networks and other customers. We may investigate suspected abuse and restrict services where reasonably necessary to protect systems, customers or comply with law.
4. Service availability
We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, upstream network issues, attacks, force majeure events or circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause interruption. Any service-level commitments must be explicitly agreed in writing.
5. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account details, securing account credentials, keeping website software and backups updated, and ensuring that your content and use comply with applicable laws. Never share your password or support verification codes.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, abuse, security risks, legal requirements or material breach of these terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, WebsGuardian is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or data loss arising from use of a service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Customers should maintain independent backups.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means the updated terms apply. Questions can be sent to info@websguardian.com.
